In 1982, popular French cartoonist, Moebius(he’s second from the right) visited  Kyoto Japan. He meet with the famous mangaka, Osamu Tezuka. This is a picture of them having a good time.

My First New Yorker Cover

Today at work my boss had laid out some books he had ordered from Amazon and I visibly went aaah! when I saw Adrian Tomine’s New York Drawings among them.I really like his art and the book itself is beautifully made - elegant and sober. I assumed it would be entirely unaffordable but is available for US$17~ on Amazon, so. :] 

I like what I’m doing now and am thankful (relieved) for all I have, but I just happened to come across this today and…damn. A comics job. In South London. Someone is gonna have one hell of an awesome job! 8)
